Lyvo Ads ("Lyvo", "we", "us", "our") operates this website, lyvoads.com, and provides its services from the United States to clients and creators around the world. We are a United States company, located at 142 W 57th Street, New York, NY 10019, USA. What data we collect

We collect personal data in two ways.

When you fill in a form. Our brand contact form collects your first name, work email, brand or website, an optional indication of your monthly paid social spend, and your message. Our creator form collects your name, email, Instagram or TikTok handle, a portfolio or reel link, a short description of what you make, and an optional rate. Both forms record that you accepted this policy, and when.

When you browse the site. With your consent, we and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to measure how the site is used. You control this through the cookie banner on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

How we use it

We use form data to reply to you, to assess a possible working relationship, and to manage that relationship. Brand enquiries feed our sales process, and creator applications feed our recruitment process. We use analytics data, with your consent, to understand and improve the site. For users in the EEA and UK, our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site and manage contacts. Each processes data only on our instructions.

• Pipedrive, our CRM, where form submissions are stored.
• Supabase, database and content storage.
• Vercel, website hosting.
• Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), site measurement, loaded only with your consent.
• Klevie, our partner, provides the cookie consent banner and stores your consent choices, served via consent.klevie.com.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and we process and store data there. If you contact us or use the site from outside the United States, including from the EEA or the UK, your data is transferred to and handled in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or application and, where relevant, for the life of the working relationship, plus 24 months afterwards. Analytics data is kept for 24 months. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Email privacy@lyvoads.com and we will respond.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland. Under the GDPR and equivalent laws, you can also object to or restrict certain processing, ask for a copy of the data you gave us in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing done before you withdrew it. You can complain to your local data protection authority. In Portugal, that is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

If you are a California resident. Under the CCPA and CPRA, you can ask us to disclose, delete, or correct the personal information we collected about you, and you can exercise these rights without being treated differently. Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies for essential functions and, with your consent, for measurement. You choose your preferences in the cookie banner on your first visit, and you can reopen it at any time through "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Google's tags respect the consent choice you make there.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, email privacy@lyvoads.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the current one. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
